A HISTORY OF YATELEY |

As many of you will know Alan Cooper and I have been compiling a book entitled THE HISTORY OF YATELEY for the past two years, this is a book that we have decided to do to raise money for Mac Millan Cancer Support.
We asked a number of anglers to write chapters these include: Micky Gray, Stoney and Friends ,Alan Cooper, Sir Basil, Chris Ball, Peter Springate, Dave Gawthorn, Robin Dix, Rob Maylin, Spike ,Paul Harris ,Steve Fantauzzi, Andy Jameson, Tim Paisley, Nick Jones, Andy Thomas, Peter Bond, Jim Morsson, Terry Pethybridge, Steve Fudge, Simon Croft.
Gareth Fareham, Martin King, Andy Baldwin, Bill Fowler, Mark Collins, Andy Muir, Kevin Winter and Nigel Sharp.
As you can see it ended up being a rather large book!!....so large that we decided to to make it into two 300 page + Volumes.
Volume 1 will be launched at the Carp Society Winter Show at Sandown Park Race Course, David Mannel has given us a huge signing room (previously the bar) and most of the authors will be around over the weekend.
Volume 2 will be launched at The Big One at the Farnborough Air Port Conference centre on Saturday and Sunday 23rd and 24th February 2013. Vince Davies has provided a signing area and once again most of the authors will be along over the weekend to sign your books.
